Description
We’re an experimental brewery, where we create small batch ales that let the wild, funky and maddening flavors of beer converge. Here, we believe that microbes are magical and taste is transcendent. That’s why we constantly work to revive old-world recipes, research ingredient combinations and experiment with new techniques to give you a higher quality beer experience.

Mild Aroma of mainly cereal with a little Citrus hops. Flavors are like nose, mildly sweet upfront with bitter coming on stronger into the Finish, Citrus comes through more along with hints of some other fruit. Slightly medicinal in the end. Okay body and carbonation.

From can to glass thanks to Lance! Solid all around with citrus flavor and aroma that is backed up by a rather overt malt backbone for a hazy.

Thanks to Lance for the can from Florida! Not previously familiar with Belma hops and really enjoyed this beer (also has Strata and Citra). Overt passionfruit and cantaloupe with faint berry. Pours hazy yellow-orange with white head that fades quickly to a small collar of tiny bubbles and a delicate swirled-dusting over the top. Flavor is soft berries and orange. Round mouthfeel with the flavor falling a bit quickly. Back half of the palate is nicely delicate for an NEIPA.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Viscous black, no head. Aroma of whisky and chocolate mud cake. Very sweet with full body and syrupy mouthfeel. Maple syrup, dark chocolate, honey, ash and oaky whisky. Sticky finish. By far not the worst pastry stout ever, but pretty damn cloying.
