Description
We’re an experimental brewery, where we create small batch ales that let the wild, funky and maddening flavors of beer converge. Here, we believe that microbes are magical and taste is transcendent. That’s why we constantly work to revive old-world recipes, research ingredient combinations and experiment with new techniques to give you a higher quality beer experience.

Canned 473ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Drak red cherry coloured, medium sized off-white head that went away fast, raspberry and light marshmallow in the nose. Fruit cake like taste; Raspberry, slightly sugary, notes of marshmallow and discreet touch of cocoa. Interesting.

Can, enormous thanks GodOfThunder, shared with Ogivlado and Hrabren. Tiny liiiightly pinkish white head, gone soon, on a misty red body. Big aroma, dried figs, brown sugar, some raspberry, marshmallows. Enormous marshmallow taste mixing with dried figs, subdued raspberry, some tartness, lean body, pretty well balanced for a pastry sour. The marshmallow flavoring is dominant, and if one doesn't like that, it won't be great, but it all makes sense.

16oz can. Sweet, thick, estery, bitter...not really capturing the style that well, aggressive US version. Drinks really big for the 9%, lots of fruity yeast tones going on. Too strong, too big, not enough finesse to pull it off at all. Drinkable, but not that good.
