Description
We’re an experimental brewery, where we create small batch ales that let the wild, funky and maddening flavors of beer converge. Here, we believe that microbes are magical and taste is transcendent. That’s why we constantly work to revive old-world recipes, research ingredient combinations and experiment with new techniques to give you a higher quality beer experience.

Can, huge thanks GodOfThunder! Murky, opaque yellow-ochre, white head, big, thick, medium to good retention. Sweetish aroma, light oats, light caramel, huh, some sweet grapes maybe. But the travel killed this. Lean taste, soft, not sweet, not bitter really, some white grapes, gummie bears, not bad, vague caramel, quite vague, light hop burn without the hop freshness, huh. I can see this being better fresh.

Half pint can, enormous thanks GodOfRBChatz! Misty golden body, white head. Sweetish aroma, guessing it's corn, lightly malty. Impressively tasteless, vaguely fruity as it warms. They nailed whatever they were going for, extremely, extremely light creamy melony touch near the end, trace tartness. Now, this is definitely aaaalmooost insanely clean. But noooot entirely, still some touches here and there. Honestly - okay, I see what they were going for. I just don't like it much.

Can pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks for the opportunity, Chris! It's a cloudy dingy yellow with no sparkle, thin, quickly fading cap of off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is wheat, tart fruit. Taste is tart and lightly sweet passion fruit, wheat and hint of salt. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thin texture, soft carbonation and mostly tart finish as taste. Overall, not my bailiwick so hard to comment on its representativeness, but seems appropriate for the style. Doesn't look like much--just kind of sits there--but good mix of wheat and fruit along with a bit of salt.

Tiny can tease, but real nice refreshing and plenty flavorful crispy boi. Lots of flavor and also clean finish, really should be sold as tall boys only for how delish it is.

Super deep ruby and pure violet coloured body, on the clear side, with a tiny bit of opacity here, mainly due to such a deep hue, all with a faint tan head that fades very quickly. Aroma of super tart and very fresh pure cherry juice scents with some raspberry, blackberry and a hint of huckleberries, but the cherry note, sour and tart twang and a dash of light herbal and grassy notes, but this really is all about the fruit, in a great way, with some slight alcohol scents noticeable, but the cherry and raspberries do come through, in the nose at least. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong super tart and deep cherry and raspberry fruit notes with a lot of sweetness as well, showing some grassiness and dry qualities, but the fruits really are the focal point here, but there is a lot of sweetness and a dash of the alcohol near the end. Aftertaste shows some punch from the alcohol and light malts, but the soured and tart components are still the strongest, but leave an almost perfect level of malts, sweetness, tartness, fruits and alcohol make this very nice, rich and still somehow easy-ish drinking! Overall, a very nice and elegant fruit beer that almost bends to a sour, but shows a great level of malts, alcohol, sweetness and of course tart flavours - balanced well throughout with a good simplistic and easy-drinking finish. Great to sample, and while this was the only beer in my fridge from Florida, I had to have it tonight in celebration of Tampa's Super BowlLV win on 07-February-2021. I sampled this sixteen ounce can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 10-July-2020 for US$6,65 sampled at my house here in Washington after Tampa Bay's victory in the NFL championship (and of course the NHL champtionship and making it to the World Series in the MLB) on 07-February-2021.

Malty smoothness, easy drinking, kinda reminds me of a malt soda quad, malta quad? Definitively easy drinking.

Really really nice upfront flavor, shame it's thin and Berliner shaped since the flavor would be crazy good in a stout.
