Microbrewery that started out on a small one-barrel system in 2017 but due to demand has been contract brewing at various breweries around Chicagoland. Currently beers are being brewed at Great Central Brewing in Chicago.

Dark rose color, kind of like pureed baby food, with a bubbly head, leaving fruit pulp behind. Banana smell hits first, then the berry nose. Taste is fully fruity. Not great, but just nice. I usually like their fruity Bistro Smoothies a lot more, but the banana kind of throws it off.

Canned at PBF. Hazy yellow, no head. Aroma of canned pineapples in syrup and flaked coconut. Very sweet with slight pineapple tartness. Medium bodied with syrupy mouthfeel. Canned pineapples in syrup and mixed tropical fruit nectar from concentrate on coconut.Cloying finish. Much too sweet do drink on its own. Could perhaps work as a drink mixer?

Hazy yellow colour, tiny white head. Bounty bars and pineapple in the nose. Medium-bodied. Canned pineapple juice and then some coconut in the flavour. Delivers what is promising. Not very "beerish". Kind of likeable as such.

PBF XV. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is coconut, pineapple and well that's about it. Flavour is coconut, some pineapple and that's about it. Very thick, so turn can around a few times before pouring....

Nose is big on chocolate mint, herb, light roast, menthol strains.
Taste comprises dark chocolate shavings, brown sugar melt, spice, mellow roast, mint choc-chip ice cream
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a mellow rising boost.
Fun pastry affair but couldn't guzzle a whole load of this.
