pours you regular golden color. Small head, doesnt last very long, decent lacing on the glass.
Aroma is very grassy, with VERY slight hops. FLavour is again, grassy, and i’m getting a HUGE earthy dirt flavour.......yuck, not very nice at all.
Finish leave that awful dirt taste in my mouth.

whats with the BIG 7% on the bottle. is this marketed to the boozers who are looking for osmething strong and cheap? Well in my opinion it ranks up there is the strong and cheap stuff in taste thats for sure. this is awful. Tastes like a cheap macro with a boatload of BOOZE. yuck. definetly one for the drain.

looked nice, aroma of malt, and a tiny bit of sweetness.
flavour, malt, and booze. doesn’t hide the 7% at all. some redeeming caramel malts in the flavour, but meh.

0.33 l bottle from 'REWE' (Wyk auf Föhr), best before June 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, a bit malty aroma of grains and light straw with hints of corn. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter taste of grains, some straw and hints of corn, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Actually drinkable, quite bland though. Quite surprising that so few people have rated this macro brew so far.

Brewed at Alivaria BY. Appearance: Clear gold with a tall white frothy head of good retention. Aroma and taste: Clean malt, green apples, spicy & grassy hop. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, average carbonation. Summary: Nothing special. Thirst quenching.

0,5 boks fra super'n på hjørnet, delt med Kitty på hotellrommet i Jerevan mens vi venter på avreise til flyplassen kl.01: klar gylden med kort skum. God maltsmak, litt citrus, honning og noe floralt. Kjedelige greier.

Noch ein Industriebier, das mir bisher entgangen ist: Holsten Pilsener, Flasche von Edeka, Berlin. - Goldgelb, blank, handelsüblicher Schaum. - In der Nase leichte, limonadenartige zitronige Hopfung, zart süß und ein wenig künstlich bzw. streng. - Antrunk schlank bis dünn und eigenartig süßsauer zitronig, leicht plastikartig, metallisch. Zartes teigiges Malz, gefolgt von derber, stumpfer Bittere. Schlank, trocken und mit stumpfer, blecherner Herbe klingt es aus. - Die Angabe Premium auf dem Etikett ist fast immer eine Gewähr für unterdurchschnittliche Bierqualität, und das Holsten macht da keine Ausnahme. Gut gekühlt mag es zur Not noch trinkbar sein, aber Genuß geht anders. (9.4.2024.)
