18/03 0.5 l fliptop bottle brought from the brewpub. It poured pale yellow body with no head, but notable carbonation through the body. No legs are shown. Strong and fine sweetish honey aroma, slightly dusty. Flavor was even less clean, dusty, pollen, some bread notes, woody, but of course sweet honey is dominating. Nothing bad as it’s strange, at contrary it’s still very pleasant. Medium bodied for mead, long warming and sweetish honey finish. Pleasant and tasty, but the lesser ABV is notable.

18/03 0.5 l fliptop bottle brought to Zagreb from the brewpub. It poured hazy orange body with medium sized head. Weak chalky and fainter bread malt aroma. Fine but watery flavor of citrus, sweetish yeasty and very slightly malty. Smooth mouthfeel. Thin bodied brew with shorter sweetish finish. Fine, subtle, but exactly for that misses body and didn’t impress me at all like I expected it will.

05/03 Draught at the brewpub. It poured pale white body with small head. Sourish vinegar aroma, almost like lambic, similar as I recall from my first BW few months ago, but nice this time! Tart, some herbal and lemony notes as well. Sour flavor, but in quite fine way, vinegar notes, some yeast, not too much in it but pleasant. Medium bodied with medium sour lemony vinegar finish. Very nice Berliner Weisse, really liked it!
