Founded in 2017, we are a young Berlin brewery relentless in our mission to Defend das Bier from mass production and commoditization.

Bräugier lives, breathes and drinks brewing curiosity. We find our place by never letting the status quo define what we can and can't do.

We're obsessed with everything about beer from brewing it and drinking it to exploring beer’s unique role in human history and culture. Our mission is to bring back the true German brewing tradition of diverse beer styles, frequent innovation, and openness to the world. In this spirit, Bräugier pushes boundaries with bold, full-flavored beers and a relentless commitment to quality.

Excellent beer is more than just beer; it's community, it's an experience, and it's got to be damn delicious.

(Draught at Bräugier Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin, 14 Aug 2024) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with mango, pineapple, passionfruit and peaches. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of peaches, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, grass, herbs, white bread and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Really tasty and refreshing. Very nice.

From tap. Pours hazy red with a small pink head. Aroma is rasberry fruity. Cherry. Sweet, berry fruity. Lingering fruity. Mellow and fruity far finish.
