Founded in 2017, we are a young Berlin brewery relentless in our mission to Defend das Bier from mass production and commoditization.

Bräugier lives, breathes and drinks brewing curiosity. We find our place by never letting the status quo define what we can and can't do.

We're obsessed with everything about beer from brewing it and drinking it to exploring beer’s unique role in human history and culture. Our mission is to bring back the true German brewing tradition of diverse beer styles, frequent innovation, and openness to the world. In this spirit, Bräugier pushes boundaries with bold, full-flavored beers and a relentless commitment to quality.

Excellent beer is more than just beer; it's community, it's an experience, and it's got to be damn delicious.

Smooth, juicy tropical fruity and citrusy with some chalky hoppiness, floral notes, grapefruit and pine. Fresh and quite smooth hop juice.

Tap. Just unclear amber with a white head. Aroma of Kumquat, breadcrust, some pine, mango skin. Clean, moderately sweet breadcrust. Mainly citrusy hops but some tropical and building pine. Modern moderate bitterness. Fair enough.

Tap. Gold, misted. White head. Fresh bready aroma with light spices. Hints of green berries. Soft, a hint of butter. Lean but rich enough with nice punchy spicy bitterness. Only a tad newfangled, which is fine.

From tap. Pours almost clear and golden yellow, white head. Aroma is citrusy and peachy. Mild herbal hopoy. Citrusy. Dry and herbal hoppy. Solid bitter and fruity far finish.
