Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

Tap. Gold, misted. White head. Fresh bready aroma with light spices. Hints of green berries. Soft, a hint of butter. Lean but rich enough with nice punchy spicy bitterness. Only a tad newfangled, which is fine.

Tap at Bräugier Ostkreuz. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Pleasant citric/tangerine aromatic German hoppy note in the nose, bit earthy. Lean, dry taste, DMS touches seemingly, bit too dry, tad yeasty, herbal, bit not that bitter. Shame, initially promising, messy really in the end.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, white head. Aroma is grassy, toasted and slight citrusy. Bitter and toasted to grassy finish.
