A nice dortmunder, dark yellow color, a bit more maltiness and alcohol strength than a pale lager. Clean and well brewed to style. Netto Dresden

Bottle: Pale golden, cloudy, stable and lacy and creamy and off-white coloured head; sweetish grainy-malty nose with a distinctive fruity-yeasty backbone; nearly moderate sweet and also bitter flavour, pretty soft, light to medium bodied; slightly drier and slightly lingering fruity-bitter finish. Nothing wrong with it...

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Slightly bready malty aroma with doughy spots. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Yeasty, slightly grainy malty taste with notes of white bread and traces of grassy hops in the background; moderately sweet malty and slightly grainy finish with a whiff of grassy hops. 02.X.18

Crystal clear golden beer. The mild hops come through to give the beer a bit of flavour. I'm not sure they're spot on, something isn't perfect, but it's all around a good light beer with some flavour. REWE Dresden

"Freiberger Bockbier", Flasche von Edeka, Berlin. - Tiefes Kupferrotbraun, klar. 9th Aug 2018. 500ml bottle from a Schnell Imbiss in Quedlinburg, drank it on their outside patio area sat in the late afternoon sun. Clear and clean golden body, tight white crown that soon fell away to a wisp and collar. Grainy nose and initial taste, some hop action balances out the malty sweetness and this became a very pleasant and refreshing Pilsner. Nothing made it stand out from the crowd, but it's a fine and what I needed at the time.
