Next 0,5 l bottle from my own short trip to the Erzgebirge. Dark copper in the glass, one finger pale beige frothy head. Smells malty. Not a lot. Taste also malty, brown sugar sweetness in the background. Less alcoholic than expected but increasing to the end. Okayyyy ...

Flasche als Freiberger Exportbier. Helles gold-gelb, etwas Kohlensäure, normaler Schaum, klar. Im Geschmack wie Aroma nichts besonderes, etwas Hopfen, etwas Malzsüße, wenig bitter. Würziger Abgang.

500ml bottle shared by djoeye. Diminishing snow white head, clear golden, clingy lacing. Bread on the nose, hints of lemony hops. Mixed taste of mid-sweet grainy malts and a citrus touch. Distant dry bitter end. Rounded mouth feel. Accepted. (PivotekaH7, Tromsø 29.01.2018).

Typical clean and crisp german dark beer. The roast is noticeably subdued in this one. Making it more of a warm weather schwarz. Boerbose Dresden
