Bottle from the Fat Cow, Lat Phrao. Poured a clear very light golden colour with a short-lived fizzy white head and plenty of bubbles. The aroma is sweet apple, light blueberry. The flavour is strong to moderate sweet with a light, crisp, sugary sweet light blueberry palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. Sweet but not too sweet with subtle blueberry notes. I’m no fan of cider but this was rsther enjoyable.

Bottle at the Dog Step, Bangkok. Poured a hazy, light yellow, almost watery colour with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is big sweet apple. The flavour is strong sweet with a big, crisp, fresh, fruity, acidic palate. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Au Naturel indeed. Pure apple and very sweet. As sweet ciders go this is very good, but sweet battery acid really is not my style.
