Tap at Where’s My Beer, Bangkok. Poured a clear golden colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is malt, grassy tropical citrus fruits, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, fresh, light fruity, dry hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Bottle from the Fat Cow, Lat Phrao, Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is grainy, yesty, banana, light citrus fruits. The flavour is light sweet, dry yeasty bitter, with a crisp, fresh, fruity, light, slightly watery, banana, light spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from Dog Step Bangkok. Poured a light hazy reddish pink colour with a, fizzy, very short-lived fizzy white head. The aroma is apples and strawberries. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a crisp, fresh, light, light tart fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. As far as battery acid goes, this was quite drinkable.

Bottle at the Dog Step, Bangkok. Poured a clear almost water colour with a fizzy, very short-lived white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is apples and caramel. The flavour is strong sweet with a fizzy sweet saccharine sticky toffee apple palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation. As far as ciders go it’s not bad but I think it’s very sweet and over-carbonated.
