Very clean, and crisp, but a little Watery. Pale pils malts, some light grassy hops. A tad too bitter for the style I found, and a tad metallic in the finish.

Can from the lcbo. Clear dark brown pour, with a small off white head. Aroma is caramel, lots if malts, and cereals. Light grassy hops, actually a tad malty I find for an alt, this is leaning towards a malty bock. Good mouth feel, and food carb. Finish is sweet, and bready, with decent caramels. A good beer but a touch malty for the style.

On tap at the brewery. Very nice and crisp kölsch with very nice cucumber nose. Fine body. Refreshing, decent hoppy.

Tropical fruits with a vanilla/icy-sugar toucch. Taste is fruity, tesinous and a very nice bitterness. Good work, Spencer!

Pick at the brewery. Deep, opaque black color and a tan head. Toasted malts, coffe and milk chocolate. Smooth. Decent bitterness with nice aroma of coffee and roasted malts. Good work and merry Xmas from Germany, Spencer!

Bottle shared by my cousin. Xanadu Kilannan brewing co. Imperial Stout 9.5% A cola black pour with ruby highlights. The nose is molasses, bourbon and some heat. Medium to light bodied and dry with sharp oak, tannic, bourbon and dark woodsy chocolate flavor. Solid.

Can - Light citrus and grain. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light sweet and citrus notes. Dry and a bit not good.

Can from the LCBO. Slightly cloudy pale yellow with a small white head that fades quickly to a sheet. Nose has some light grassy hops under some grain and green apple. Lightly bitter with some bready sweetness and a faint metallic tang. Light thin body with soft carbonation and a dry finish.
