Tap at Dutch Pub, Prague. Well, definitely a Heineken ČR beer, guess it's brewed at Krušovice as I can only find references for that. Hazy amber body with a lasting off white head. Dry herbal and fruity aroma, with metallic touches. A dull caramelly maltiness makes the backbone of the dry and lean taste, with light fruity-metallic notes, some stone fruit. Okay as a beer, but a sub-par IPA, typical industrial IPA to be more precise, only more unbalanced.

From tank at Dutch pub. Clear golden body. Light herbal aroma. Lean, dry taste, sporting a solid pleasant white bread maltiness with some herbal hoppiness along the edges. The ultimate Krušovice 12, heh, better than expected and better than the dead average beer it usually is at best. Would drink again.

Old rating rerated 31.03.2019, 0,5l bottle @ Blancco:
Tiny fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly boozy, weeds, sap, alcohol, bark, sour grass, minerals, paper, soil, grain. Taste is sweet sour-ish mineraly, caramel malts, bark, sap, minerals, alcohol, paper, hay, soil, weeds, sour grass. Longlasting harsh bitterness, slightly dry boozy mouthfeel. Meh!

On tap somewhere in Pezinok This is classic Czech pilsner for me. Bit more bitter. Okay fine.

Surprised this wasn't on RB and yet not really. Az Krušovice 11% at Tučňák / Penguin on Nekázanka in Prague, since they were out of two more interesting beers. Apparently a bunch of my friends love it since it's cheap and central... aaanyway, full, darker golden body, clear, fleeting white head. Malt driven, no hops in evidence, vaguely caramelly, some apple. Boring, sweetish, empty malty taste, with traces of herbal hops, before heading into a bitter finish. Non beer-geek friends figured it sucked even before I said anything. It's not off, it's just an extremely boring industrial lager devoid of any character and, really, moreishness which a lager should have.

A very crisp refreshing lager, more german style. Brewed immaculately, with medium body for the style. Great when drunk fresh. Dresden d&s. 3.4 nov 2019 Knocked it down to 3.3, not the best pils
