(Draught at Bishop’s Arms North, Stockholm) Golden yellow colour with brief, white head. Malty, grassy nose with bread, hay and hints of toffee. Malty taste with notes of grain, bread, vegetables and a slightly sharp, grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Drinkable, but more of a mainstream Euro lager than a traditional Bohemian pilsener.

Pours deep brown into an english pint. Off-white head recedes to hug rim. Dark pit fruit and caramel aromas. Thin with sweet dark caramel upfront and a lasting, dry fruity finish.

Bottled. Golden color with medium white head. Malty, grassy aroma. Taste pretty the same. The old one was better for me.

New Beer Distributors 500ml ($2): Pours a dark brown color with a creamy beige head. Aroma of caramel malts. Mouthfeel is a little watery because the alcohol content is so low. Roasted malts throughout. A few chocolate notes. A tiny bit of sweetness. Not really my thing, but not really bad either. Also, it was pretty cheap.
