for a low alc. beer this is great - if i judge by taste i found this a bti smokey, licorice, darkish, but not really especially tasty. Probably the low alc. still the best low alc of this style i’ve had (i think).

From the bottle on picture. Had this one two days old straight from the brewery, brought by my friend (Krušovice importer for Croatia).
In meanwhile I’ve manage to lost my notes somewhere, so ’till next time...

Draught (Svejki Juures, Tallinn). Dark brown in colour with a tan head. Malty aroma with a bit of sweet coffee. Roasted taste with a hint of smoked ham and coffee along with some aniseed. Not bad although I could imagine it becoming rather sickly after a while.

0.5l can, purchased at some G-Roby store in Budapest Huge white head that went away at a medium pace. A bit darker yellow colour. Weak lemony nose. Weak lemony taste, nice but too weak. Some dust and a touch of malt to show that this contains beer. Not the worst radler I’ve had, far from the best one. Succeeds at not being offensive but at the price of a body that’s too thin to be interesting. Still, I’d have it before a lot of Hungarian lagers.

Darker, orangey-gold with a good yellowish head, leaving lace. Very perfumey, but also volatile nose. After a short time, just some faraway toasted notes, and a bit of garden greenery. Tastes halfway neutral halfway bitter. Rather metallic tang, getting medicinal. No sweetness, but what is in place, is not very enjoyable either. Sharp, nearly astringent, very long, dry aftertaste, and not much body. Bweuh. This is one unpleasant Czech pilsener...
