On tap at the brewery, pours a hazy orange with some sudsy white head. Nose has grass, orange, soap, some tropical fruit notes, a little dandelion. Flavor is tannic with dandelion and sun tea, lemon, soap, some astringent bitterness. Finishes bitter, tannic, dry.

Owl Farm, Brooklyn tap: pours hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is funky and lemony. Taste is not super sour. Fruity and lemony. Pretty nice and refreshing. Quite good.

Growler, thanks Greg.
This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color with a good finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a decent pace. Some stringy lace.
The aroma had a warm robust roasty coffee bean, bold and up front with some dark roasted maltiness and then just a touch of dark chocolate. Slight touch of smoke at the very end.
The flavor leans towards the same sort of aromas with a gentle touch of milk chocolate slightly coming in for a slight balance. Just a smidgeon of it blends into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation and ABV. Roastiness melds to the sweetness to pull any grinding or cloying qualities together to just feel all around very well done on my tongue.
Overall, we’re starting off on the right foot Garvies Point! I would have this again.
