Tap at Troy brewfest lighter bodied and crisp DIPA but still with alcohol potency. Tropical fruit and grapefruit on nose and tastes, some orange peel and resin. dangerous and drinkable.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, light fruity esters, light lemon juice, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light sulfur, pleasant. In mouth, a very tart lemon juice, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and refreshing. On tap at Plattsburgh Brewfest 2016.

A hazed blonde DIPA with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, faint sulfur, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, pink grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, very nice and smooth. On tap at Plattsburgh Brewfest 2016.

750ml bottle 109 of 500 pours out a dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is big coffee sweet milk chocolate green coffee beans and a nice roast malt. Taste is more of the heavy roast coffee chocolate notes and a nice end.
