750 ml. Dark, hazy golden body. Big, lasting white head. Sweet, fruity aroma with a hint of coriander, grain and caramel. Floral notes below everything else. The nose is somewhat subdued. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. The finish is moderately sweet and moderately bitter/tart and dry. Medium body that starts watery in texture but turns slightly sticky in the finish. Moderate carbonation. Peppery alcohol lingers. OK, but watery, sweet and too muted in the aroma to be memorable.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Gold, lasting thin white head. Bit syrupy on aroma. Some fruit, candied jellied citrus fruits, but fairly subdued. It does taste somewhat like a tripel, but very low key.

Golden ale with a creamy white head, lacing. Nice light curacao aroma with caramel. In mouth, a crisp malt, with coriander. A light good chaser for the gin I took after. On tap, at a gin proeflokaal, Amsterdam, Nov. 2006. 2.10Euro.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Well it owuld have been clear gold, if I hadn’t poured the yeast in. Quite a perfumed blond. Bit of sherbert on the end. Not really my favourite. A very sherberty blond and not entirely drinkable.

Bottled(330ml). -from Bier Tempel, Bruxelles.
Pale yellow coloured, medium sized white head, banana nose. Strong artificial banana taste with heavy sweetness. Almost nothing except sugar and faint bananas. Hardly drinkable awful beer, waste of money. Probably the worst beer I ever tried!!!
