Dark amber-brown. It’s a bit light in colour for an oatmeal stout. The aroma has some light cocoa but is otherwise faint. A bit too fizzy, which mutes the flavours, though a touch of cooca powder does show late.

Golden-amber colour. Malty-spicy aroma with light diacetyl. The diacetyl is stronger, with dark toasted caramel notes. The diacetyl seems deliberate, but I still think it ruins the beer.

Slightly hazy dark straw colour. Thin head. Clean, sweet with spicy hop coming through. Very well made example, and the lightly dry finish pulls the whole beer together.

Pale yellow, level head. The aroma is creamy, lightly spicy, with marshmallow malts. Tastes very fresh and spicy, malty with vanilla and yet refreshing at the same time. Deft balance. A very good example. Made with a local tangerine that the brewery peels and dries itself, plus ginger and Indian coriander.
