Keg at the Eebria Taproom - Bermondsey. Pours clear, deep gold with a creamy, white head. Herbal aroma with touches of wheat, light dough, saison yeast. Light sweet flavour, pleasantly dry, with some green herbs, biscuit, straw, yeast and sourdough bread. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish with restrained herbal quality, further yeasty notes, some lemon peel, tangerine, pale bread, mellow bitterness. Solid effort.
