PET growler from the brewery. Murky pink/wine color, small pink head. Ironically, the aroma is almost devoid of fruit, and is quite bland overall - just a hint of lightly toasted malts and raw cereals. Maybe I'm getting some smelly socks? The taste has a lots of fruit juice tartness and skin astringency. Light nutty / fruit seed butternes is all that reminds of beer. It is tasty, but one could hardly call it a beer, more like a dry young fruit wine.

Közepes, nem túl tartós hab, vöröses árnyalatú barna szín. Animális, kissé savanykás, szilvás illat. Enyhén savanykás, hajszálnyit édes, animális, lambicos ízek, némi szilvás aromával. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Nagyon finom, jó arányokkal és kellemes, frissítő ízvilággal rendelkező sör.

Szinte semmi, azonnal elillanó habocska, narancssárgás árnyalatú félbarna szín. Gabonás, enyhén fehérboros illat. Íze édeskés gabonás alapon szőlős, kissé savanykás fehérboros aromákkal. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Szokatlan párosítás a szőlővel, de finom lett.

DRAFT at Smokehouse. Cloudy orange, white head. Faint aroma of strawberry marmalade, not much IPA. Taste: there's quite a bit of fruity malț sweetness - not exactly strawberries - but the pungent yet smooth bitterness masks it all out well. The body is a bit too sticky for an IPA, otherwise... Solid.

A palackból kihabzik, de a pohárba kiöntve gyorsan eltűnik a tajték. Zavaros, vörösesbarna szín. Enyhe, istállós, lambic-os illat, határozott, de nem tolakodó hordós beütéssel. Kissé savanykás, animális, istállós ízvilág, tipikus lambic, némi fahordós aromával. Közepesen testes, erősen szénsavas, enyhén kesernyés. Tipikus lambic, bár nem annyira aromás mint a belga társai, de azért finom.

At the brewery, straight from the tank. Hazy golden, creamy white head. Rustic aroma, with notes of somewhat macerated cereals - not unpleasant though, not much hops. The taste is similar, good cereals, a bit thinnish/watery, fine grassy bitterness. Not your German immaculate Helles, but a pretty decent rustic lager this is.

Ølfestivalen København. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with white grapes, bread and a herbal/spicy touch. Dry and tart flavour with white wine and a hint of wood.
