Lots of malt and pine, with the dominant caramel notes overshadowing hints of citrus pith and tropical notes. Finishes piney and boozy as hell.

Unexpectedly spicy and floral on top of the usual citrus pith and pine from Cetennials. Some cracker malt, a bit of white bread yeastiness. Not bad.

Pint at the Huntsville location. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, white head. The nose is toast, juniper, cloves, grapefruit peel, and hay. Sweet and malty, with a mild, citrusy bitterness. Light body, sticky, and lingering. Pretty easy and sharp, but a little overhopped for the style.
