Deep russet color. Has notes of butterscotch, cherries, oranges and milk chocolate in the nose. Alcohol is very well hidden in the body. Smooth mouth with cherries, chocolate and oranges against a big malt backbone. Very butterscotchy, milk chocolatey finish with subtle notes of cherries and caramel. Very nice, but hard to drink more than one pint.

Seemed less like an Imperial at only7%, but that did not take away from the awesome nose that smelled like walking into a cedar sauna with just the faintest hints of dark chocolate. The medium-full mouth is complimented by tasting smoked wood chips on top of truffles and dark chocolate. It’s a bit u balanced, but the smoke is attenuated just right and lingers in the mouth long after you drink it.

Black as night with a very dark brown, fizzy head that diminishes quickly. Aroma of smoke, roasted malts, campfire, charred steak, sorta salty, and a little sweet. Complex aroma. Flavor is smokey, ham, roasted malts, cocoa, and maybe some oak. Finish is lightly bittersweet. Smooth body. I really enjoyed this beer. Rather complex flavor with some mighty interesting notes in this brew. Really good.

Tiny brown head. Opaque black body. Light roasty caramel aroma with faint smoky notes. Full smoky caramel taste, sweetish, with notes of chocolate. Soft, mild, and harmonic. Smooth mouthfeel. Dry, smoked aftertaste. Very nice, and not too overwhelming. Some alcohol heat. A bit too mild for the name. (0.25l on tap.)

I have not smelled a worse Wit since I smelled that crap Brughel (sp??) from Quebec. This smelled equally as bad, like a toliet. I was expecting the worst. Then.... pleasent peppery and orange peel notes danced around on a light and refreshing body. A dry orangey finish was not that bad, but unfortunately the smell takes away way too much from this beer.

The bartender said this really wasn’t that different than their regular. Triple simply means they use three varieties instead of two. Big deal. In comparision with their regular PA, this has much much more tangerine notes and malt biscuitiness than their regular. Not bad, but maybe I prefer the regular. It is more of a "normal" ie. less tangerines, Pale Ale.

I was surprised to see a fruit beer released in the winter time until I saw the ABV, then it made more sense. Golden amber color, nice raspberry and wheat nose. Smooth medium body with great raspberry character and very well balanced. Somewhat reminiscent of a raspberry liquer, but without the strong alcholic presence. Light dry raspberry finish. Interesting and well made take on a summer beer.

Very cloudy, golden color, clovey cinnamon nose with a touch of bananas. Light spritzy mouth with a touch of bananas, cloves, smoke and a refreshing light smokey finish. Interesting stuff.
