Bottle. Poured a clear kind of dark yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was funky notes, very light and thinned out after these few years. Nice carbonation, some funky brett. Semi-dry finish.

Bottle. Brought out a few days ago. Poured a orange color with a small white head. Held up quite well. Light funk, dry, with a little bit of acid. Pleasant light sweetness. Very good stuff.

Bottle pour at the April DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a very light hazy yellow color with a small, fizzy head. Aroma was tart lemon peel, some light funky notes. Pleasant tartness. Decent stuff. Sharp sour finish. Kinda liked it. Might age well.

Can split at the DC tasting, at Nimbleprop pad, 13/04/23. Moderately hazed golden yellow with a thin off white cap. Nose is herb, grains, lemon rind, lime nip, straw, hedgerow. Taste comprises lemon sherbet, straw, grass, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so sour ... rather stuck at the bottom end of 3rd gear.
