Established in 2014
We started as many breweries do; just a couple of friends brewing in a garage who loved great beer, had a crazy dream, and worked their asses off to make it come true. We won’t bore you with some long, meandering story about how we all met, or how the stars aligned for the brewery to come together. If you want to know the whole story, we’ll bore you with it in the taproom or just wait for the Lifetime movie to come out. Really, we’re just four regular guys who are serious about beer and not much else.

16 ounce can bought from Hopology, Leicester. Drunk at home. Its orangey pink like guava nectar, hazy, almost no head. I'm getting orange peel and guava juice on the nose. Taste is sweet, almost pure guava with a little booze to remind me I'm drinking a beer. There is some wonderful sourness just at the finish. Thick body with soft carbonation. I love it but would like a bit more complexity in order to usher it into the best beer range.

Aromas are floral, malt, wet grain and maybe some peach. Flavors are similar to nose. Add in some bakery. Peaches as an afterthought. More sweet than tart with decent body and okay carbonation. Pretty good overall.

Aromas are mainly lemon and lime sweet sour candy. Flavors are similar to nose. Lemon and lime totally dominate and can barely pick up the other qualities. Decent body and carbonation. Doesn't taste nearly as good as the ingredients sound.

Can from Tavour: pours orangish murk. Aroma is cinnamon, nutmeg, peach. Taste is very sweet, excessively so. Fruity and quite spicy. Milky. I have lately, by virtue of trying them sparingly, been pretty tolerant of this style, but this did not hit the spot.

Sampled from the tap at Northern Taphouse. Pours a hazy dull yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and a bit of mango with a light sweet grain backbone. Flavor has dank citrus and a bit of papaya with some light grass underlying.

Appearance is dark red, a small pink fizzy head. Aroma- raspberry, fruit crumble, strawberry, hint of biscuit and caramel, apple, gooseberry, strawberry. Taste is lots of tart fruit, raspberry, blackberry, rhubarb crumble, jammy malt, full and thick in the mouth. Very chewy. Ice cream sundae indeed.
