Barwa silnie opalizująca, pomarańczowa. Piana pomarańczowa, zbudowana ze średniej wielkości pęcherzyków, jest wysoka i bardzo trwała. Mocno oblepia szkło. Na powierzchni szkła widoczne są "tłuste" drobinki.
Aromat wyraźnie owocowy, są tu przede wszystkim owoce "europejskie" (brzoskwinia, morela, truskawka, rabarbar i wiele innych), dalej ciasto, biszkopty, i minimalnie biała czekolada.
Smak słodki z odrobiną owocowej kwaśności. Kwaśność jest umiarkowanie wysoka i wydaje się być jedynie delikatną kontrą dla obecnej słodyczy.
Tekstura aksamitnie gładka, miękka. Ciało pełne. Wysycenie średnie, musujące. Posmak długi owocowy, kwaśny z wyraźnym słodkim tłem.

Draught at Khyber Pass: pours bluish red with a small head. Raspberry syrup aroma. Taste is basically sweet raspberry syrup. Wish the sweetness was cit down som in spite of promises of being restrained.

Pours a hazy, gold-banana, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow, with some cereal and very light sweetness. Soft mouthfeel. Mild to moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Nice thick crown of foam that started to dribble over the rim like a "TV beer," but then it got away from us. Pink beer, pink foam, little bits where legs should be. Odd little funk to the nose, then some strawberry. But drinking it brings up some full on slightly tart fruit. The banana does pop up after a bit, but there's no finding any chocolate. I like to think I'm finding some ice cream, perhaps.

Taster while deciding between two Drekker sours. Pink pour and thin pink foam with bits of fruit along the sides of the glass. Tart strawberry smell. The taste lets the sourness mellow out, maybe there's a touch of lactose, or else the bit of salt.
