Associated Venue: Drekker Brewing Company - Brewhall
Established in 2014
We started as many breweries do; just a couple of friends brewing in a garage who loved great beer, had a crazy dream, and worked their asses off to make it come true. We won’t bore you with some long, meandering story about how we all met, or how the stars aligned for the brewery to come together. If you want to know the whole story, we’ll bore you with it in the taproom or just wait for the Lifetime movie to come out. Really, we’re just four regular guys who are serious about beer and not much else.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear brown with a large creamy tan head. Aroma of lightly roasty malt and some florality. Med body. Malty but towards dry and moderately florally bitter. Very good flavor.

Aromas are mainly easy resin with some citrus, floral, and herbs in the back. Flavors are similar to nose with an excellent balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation with sweetness just slightly edging out. Nothing too special but very drinkable.

Are almost our blackberry/black currant, floral and malt. Flavors are similar to nose. Can't really tell the two fruits apart. Excellent balance between sweet and tart while leaning just slightly tart. Also excellent body and carbonation for the style. The floral holds it back a bit.

Can from Tavour: pours light reddish. Not too sludgy. Aroma is hefty lemon and lime with pineapple and cherry notes. Taste is rather sweet, but some fruity sourness is present (unclear if any from yeast or bacteria). Salty finish is a nice touch. Easy enough to drink. Good for what it is.

5 oz. Draft. The aroma is melted marshmallows. Oh shit. This is a liquid S’more. Granola, vanilla, chocolate, and marshmallow. Rich thick texture and ABV is completely hidden. The bourbon cuts the sweetness. Wow!!
