About
Beer is our craft, but Drekker is about more than the contents of a glass. It’s about what happens when a few of those glasses get raised together. It’s about doing what you want to do, in a cool place, with people you want to be with. Drekker is about you after all. We love that you’d care enough to join us, and we can’t wait to see where this voyage goes when a couple more beers get raised together. Valhalla can wait.
We started as many breweries do; just a couple of friends brewing in a garage who loved great beer, had a crazy dream, and worked their asses off to make it come true. We won’t bore you with some long, meandering story about how we all met, or how the stars aligned for the brewery to come together. If you want to know the whole story, we’ll bore you with it in the taproom or just wait for the Lifetime movie to come out. Really, we’re just four regular guys who are serious about beer and not much else.

Aromas are a bit of blueberry, some sour fruit and something else unidentifiable in back. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose. Blueberry comes out a touch more with a good sweet to tart balance and okay carbonation. Okay but not one of the better Chonks.

16 oz can. Aroma is Watermelon Hubba Bubba, guava. Pours murky salmon pink with an immediately collapsing off-.white head. Taste is moderately sour (6/10) and pretty sweet with flavors of watermelon bubblegum and guava.

Aromas are pineapple and malt with maybe a hint of kiwi. Flavors are similar to nose with an excellent sweet tart balance with a bit of bitter in back. Finished follows flavors.

Aromas are malt, resin, grapefruit and herbs. Flavors are similar to nose with good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. A bit sweet in the finish. Decent but been done many times before.

Aroma is our resin, malt, dry grain, citrus and a touch floral. Flavors are similar to nose, citrus comes out and add in a hint of MJ. More sweet than bitter. Soft mouth. Reminds me a little of homebrew.

Pours a hazy, kind of washed-out, lemon-grapefruit color, with minimal head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows, with kind of a weird, musty-rubber aftertaste. Mouthfeel is kind of thin for the style. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish. Was hoping for something better from these 2 breweries.

16 oz can from Prost! North Hampton, NH. Pours a magenta color. Aroma is mostly black cherry. In the flavor the lime and tart cherry rule supreme. Banana is not found. Kind of strange considering they called this “ Monkey Business “. Big lime peel as it warms. Easy to drink.

16 oz can from Prost! North Hampton, NH. Blue / purpleish in color. Aroma show some tart blueberry with very present vanilla. Flavor follows. It certainly is a lot more sweet than I was hoping for. But then again I’m not sure why I keep buying these Drekker smoothie sour beers? Thick, chewy, chunky texture. Yes, it Tastes good. Yet, not really beer.
