0,1l on tap @ Koht. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is slightly fruity malts. Flavor is slightly fruity bitter malts with some hops. Decent.

Tap at Koht. Smells and tastes like an old person's home. Dusty, old, a bit sulphury, a bit bretty, sweaty horse, kinda all over the place. No single flaw too tragic, but together they paint a subtle picture of failure. Medium bitterness, med-light sourness. All in all infected with brett. Eh.

Bottled (thanks FatPhil & Anna). Pitch black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is toasted, some herbal, mild lactose and mild alcohol to it. Flavour is chocolate, some toasted and tobaccoish tones with mild alcohol and some honey. A bit cough medicine sweetness too (not in a bad way).

Magus, linnaseline, nats hapukas, karamelline, puuviljane, tugev alks, leivane. Ok.

Draught@Rebane, Tallinn. Black colour, beigeish brown colour. Arom ais liquorice, some booze, mild toasted and raisiny notes. Flavour is raisins, some dried fruits, plum and mild toasted notes. All in a good balance, apart from the rather boozy notes.

Draught@Rebane, Tallinn. Deep opaque hazy brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, some zesty and mild herbal notes. Flavour is nutty, some fruity, floral and mild nectary notes along with some sweet malts. Very nice flavour, easy to drink, but at the same time very sippable too.

draught @ Koht Aroma has odd urinal cake tones and mild bretta. Also cereal. Flavour has cereal, mild bretta, some biscuits. Mellow herval and grassy hoppiness. I must agree with the previous raters, this tastes like mild version of Orval. Somewhat far from an ordinary bitter.

Ruikt niet lekker, smaakt beter.

5/12/2020. Bottle courtesy of Mart, many thanks. EV98, BB 3/2017, but had matured well. Pours black with a large tan coloured head. Aroma of dark chocolate, light roasted malt, cocoa, blackberry, touch of liquorice, vanilla and ash, plus a hint of black cherry. Moderate sweetness and a gentle roasted bitterness with a hint of fruity tart. Medium to full body, smooth texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyed this.
