Corked bottle from Chemins de Bretagne, Paris
11% ABV, therefore about 4 years old

Beautiful amber color, bright, with a small cider-like head and a small fine perlage. The aroma is mostly cider, sweet, with some peculiar dustiness. Very sweet, with pleasant soft carbonation; mild flavor of syrup, honey and cider; in the final there is a mild and pleasant astringency.
Original, the one with most apple flavor of all the chouchen, very good.
