Запах странно сладкий, карамлька бех хлеба, пены почти нету и газов что странно для кваса. Вкус ужасный если честно, типично снгэгный квас, сладки, ни карамель а сахар дешевый, правда при глотке на миг немнго хлеба.Но все равно жижа в целом.
