2 litre bottle - Dark brown in colour. Alcoholic smell with some sweetness and malt. Sweetish taste with some malt and raisins. Quite tasty.

500ml Bottle -Dark golden/amber in colour. Citric and malty aroma. Sweetish and malty taste with lemon featuring. Refreshing but nothing special.

Amber with a small white head. Aroma is sweet toffee and caramel. Very sweet biscuit and caramel flavour.

Århus2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is mild breadish/dry malt. Flavour is sweet (almost cloying) and with a light breadish note before the finish. Ends sweet and dry breadish malt in a strange mix.

[Tasting @ yespr – Courtesy of faroeviking] Hazy brown with no head. Extreeme sweet aroma with overripe fruits, light roasted malt and toffee. Very sweet flavor with overripe fruits, caramel and roasted notes.

50 cL plastic bottle. Pours amber/hazzlenut brown and with a little lacing head. Nutty malty and sweet aroma. Sweet malty, breadish, dried fruity and all in a bad mix. Sweet and cloying finish. Not my style at all, but interesting to try, thanks faroeviking!

1l bottle (KBSPBSBF08 -best beer of the festival by far!)- Pale golden in colour. The smell is mildly alcoholic with an attractive but not very unusual aroma. The taste is not quite as alcoholic as the aroma suggests and is quite malty and pleasant. Does not leave a horrible aftertaste and actually tastes like this has been brewed properly unlike most of the pale Livu beers.

500ml Bottle with FatPhil- Golden coloured with a grainy, grassy smell. Slightly sweet taste which belies the strength of the beer. Not offensive but not something I will rush to try again.

500ml Bottle with FatPhil- Golden/ambeer coloured with a malty aroma with a hint of citrus. Malty, grainy taste which is not too bad but nothing special.

500ml Bottle with FatPhil- Dark brown with red tinges. A very slightly creamy aroma with a hint of malt. Slightly sweet taste with a bit of caramel and raisins. Quite pleasant.
