On tap at Restaurace v Melantrichu. Medium white head, full duration. Lightly hazy golden colour. Aroma old beer, not too good, metallic. Taste better than aroma. Untraditional hop profile, not only Saaz, but also grapefruity citric grassy. Light to medium bitter. Light bitter-acidic finish.

Lahev: The bottle looks good, because old friends are on the label: a well known country couple, presumably from a cooperative farm, is heroicly looking on us; in the years 1962 to 1993 exactly the same couple ornated the green 100 crown banknote of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic (ČSSR)… The beer is cloudy, golden to orangey coloured with a quickly collapsing white fluffy head, dusty-wheaty nose with a distinctive hoppy touch; moderate sourish-bitter flavour, light go medium bodied and a bit fizzy; slightly lingering hoppy and wheaty finish. Unusual, but quite good...

bottle from Galerie Piva. Hazy amber-brown colour, large off-white head. Bitter orange aroma. Very beery, malty, grainy with very good bitter orange flavours underneath, not overpowering the beer character. Much, much better than expected, and much better than the usual fruit&beer mixes. Very good!
