Bottle, 1 liter PET, thx to papsoe. It pours a really dark brown body, looking clear, with a beige head on top. Sweetish, roasted and coffeeish on the nose. Also a little buttery touch in the back. Medium-bodied, semi-dry mouthfeel with flavors of roasted malt, coffee with butterscotch, and a tiny fruity notes. Hint of bitterness, coming stronger towards the end, with coffee dominating the finish. Quite decent, but I prefer the Speciál Tmavý 13°. This one was a bit one-tracked for my liking, though there’s not much difference. (080915)

Bottle, 1 liter PET, thx to papsoe. A dark brown beer with a beige head. Clear, except for microfloaties. Buttery, fruity and roasted aroma with dried fruits and hints of coffee. Dry, medium-bodied on the palate, with flavors of roasted malt, coffee, some dried fruits and a little buttery toffee-note. Mostly roasted in the finish, with a little bitterness. A quite nice beer, but it seems the brewery is fond of butterscotch. I’m not. (080915)

Bottle, 1 liter PET, thx to papsoe. A clear amber beer with microfloaties and an off-white head. Slightly buttery, toffeeish nose with a little fruity touch. Rather boring. The flavor is sweet and toffeeish, slightly roasted, with notes of fruit and a decent bitterness. Medium body. Short malty, toffeeish finish with some bitterness. Not very interesting, but sure drinkable. (080915)

Bottle, 1 liter PET, thx to papsoe. Pours a hazy, orange-golden body with some microfloaties. White head. Some butterscothch in the aroma, on a fruity base and with a little sweetishness and some piney hops. Sweet and fruity in the mouth, with some toffee and a decent bitterness. Medium body. Sweet finish with a decent bitterness. Not a beer to travel miles for, but quite decent. (080915)
