(Draught at Kulovy Blesk, Prague, 18 April 2018) Black colour with lasting, creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee, black rye bread and hints of red berries. Malty, roasted, slightly fruity taste with chocolate, coffee, dark fruit, prunes, liquorice and a balanced coffee bitterness in a slightly sweetish finish with a warming touch. Full body, with a certain sweetness. Quite powerful, but still smooth, rounded and really well balanced. Very nice.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, as Pivo Frajer, at DOX cafe, 20180416) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, fruitiness and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy pale ale.

Bottle @Ulfborg Tasting. Nearly black, tiny offwhite head. Aroma has whisky, light smoke. Whisky and caramely flavour, sweet, sourish-smoky flavour, light butter.
