4.5%. Zlý Časy. Hazy golden, lasting white head, very well carbonated. Caramel, apple and banana aroma, classic. Fine cloves dominate the taste on all too light banana and caramel. Very clear clove phenols, props for that I guess. Solid maltiness and light light tartness in the dry finish. Very good go at a hefe, that's so nicely phenolic, that it's almost festive. The tartness wins out slightly too much in the end, but still... Good job Zichovec!

Černé Cucu 25, 9.5%. Bottled. Huge thanks S&S!!! Poured a murky chestnut brown body, off white head. Huge tart currant in the aroma, covering everything else. The taste is a fight between a medium to heavy, slightly dusty and vaguely caramelly maltiness and waves on waves of currant. Very smooth, drinkable, with well hidden alcohol for the 9.5%. A very, very good beer, growing better as we go through the bottle (and not just due to inebriation). Hats off, this is great!

Keg at SBWF. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with lychee. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready. Grapefruit and perfume. Long bitter finish.

Tap at Salon piva. Hops centered, high bitterness, moderate supportive caramelly sweetness. Light booziness, moderate body, med-high carbonation. Very good.

On tap at Clock Block. Clear gold with head that quickly wears off. Aroma rather herbal with some wet socks. Taste grassy, medium bitter. Soft carbonation. Good.
