Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks kerenmk. Golden. Aroma of fruity esters, a bit of bubblegum, a bit of spiciness. Sweetish, slightly bitterish finish, a bit of graininess. Light to medium-bodied.

Bottle @ Stay Okay Apeldoorn. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Notes of caramel, sweet malts, some dark fruit. Light bitter hoppy finish. Easy drinkable. Ok.

6 3 7 3 13 Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow golden color. White head with some lacing. Aroma’s: grainish, wheat, fruity, light sweet/banana, light spices. Retronasal it’s sweetish, banana, wheaty, light spices. Flavor is light sweet, light moderate bitter. Light bodied. Slightly dry finish. Best of the 3 Vlijt beers I tried today.

4 3 4 2 7 Bottle @ home. Clear amber color. Frothy off white head with reasonable retention. Aroma’s: fruity, sweet fruit. Very light fruit retronasal, a bit sweet. Flavor is just light sweet and not much else. Light bodied. Almost no finish, flavor disappears immediately. Next time try using some hops?

5 3 6 3 11 33 cl bottle @ home. Clear pale golden color. Rocky white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma’s: grainish and fruity, a bit dusty/stale/muf. Retronasal it’s fruity, a bit grainish sweet. Flavor is above light sweet, fruity. Light bodied. Hint of bitterness in the finish. Actually not too bad, for what it is.

Clear medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Aroma toasted malts, caramel, grain, yeast, hay. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, light caramel, herbal notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, spicy notes, medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, average.
