Bottle. Almost black. Beechwood en smoked sausage in the aroma. Malty sweet roasty caramelly flavor with hints of smoked sausage. Some herbal hops in the background. Chocolate finish. Low on carbon. Delicious.

Bottle. Almost black. Soft malt and roast aroma with hints of wet wood. Malty sweet roasty oaky flavor with caramel, vanilla, hint of licorice and smoke. The oak is fairly well integrated. Carbonation is soft.
