Description

Eine eigene Brauerei musste her.

Ihre Mission: »Brewing Awesomeness.« Ihr Motto: »Craft Beer is not a Crime!«

Client brewer since 2023, own brewery closed.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, spices, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of humlelala. Pours golden with a slight haze and a white head. Fresh hop aroma, but more flowery and German rather than citrusy and American. Medium body, sweet malts and a dry and bitter hoppiness. Strangely not all THAT different from a good, hoppy German Pilsener. 260412

Leicht holziges Finish. Ein einfaches aber gelungenes IPA. 9/9/9/8/9/9

Bottle looks a bit boring. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts intense hoppy and sweet, fine fruity like peaches and apricot. Hoppy-flowery finish, bit milder, still sweet. Very interesting.

330ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with average frothy good lacing off-white head. Intense hop aroma conglomeration, mainly fruity notes, some resin, some grass. Sadly, these plethora of notes is not mirrored in the taste. The hop is basically bitter, grassy, herbal. I miss the fruity notes which would also better consort with the malt part. Good approach lacks fulfilment.

33 cl bottle from De Bierkoning. Nice golden to orange color, hazy. Small off white head, retaining. Aroma’s of German hops, not nearly as pungent as US hops, but quite strong anyway, a bit skunky , grassy and fruity. Flavor lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Finishes with a subtle (herbal, acidic) bitterness. Nice German take on Pale Ale.

Rerate. Clear golden, fresh orangepeel, crisp, light fruit basket, clean, much improved over the years. Old rating: 7 3 7 3 13 Bottle. Peach, grass and grap hop aroma. Cloudy orange, offwhite lace. Light meaky ,alt base, nice tropical hop component, ends on s slightly too dry grassy/metallic note. Nevertheless good balance for the style. Peach and mango retronasal.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Fruit-accented hoppy aroma with citric, exotic-fruity and slightly piney notes, backed by a mildly malty background. Moderately bitter flavour, surprisingly light bodied concerning its abv, calm on carbon. Quite dry and mildly malty taste with present fruity hop-character, including notes of citrus, grapefruit and pineapples; moderately dry and bitter finish, again with a fruity hoppy bite and shy piney, resiny notes. Nice try; I hope there is more to come. 04.II.12
