Can. It pours a rich amber color with a frothy, light tan head. The aroma is potent with tea leaves, blueberry, peach, orange and some toasted caramel. Maybe even a hint of molasses and pine. The flavor is the same. Lots of burnt caramel, blueberry pie, strong tea leaves, orange and some peach. Lots of malt character here that balances the tea nicely. Mosaic was a good choice for this beer as it provides a lot of fruitiness. The bitterness is herbal, but pretty low to medium. No astringency. I actually enjoyed this one a lot despite itself.

Bottle from Binny’s in Chicago. Hazy orange with a white head. Fresh and nicely hoppy with grapefruit, pineapple, light malt and some hints of caramel. The alcohol was well hidden. Refreshing and easy to drink with a bitter finish. A tasty one.

At the House of Blues, Chicago, December 2015. served in a full shaker. gold color, low carbonation. good flavor, grapefruit, some acid and citrus, a little wheat is noticeable. Alcohol is not perceivable. It is more sour than many of its style. Surprisingly good beer from a brewery I have never heard of.

Hazy deep red -amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest carbonation. Tofffee streaked thin malts, unsweet toffee. Piney hops, touch of red berries. Mild marmalade. Light dry finish. It’s a little clunky, flavours don’t quite flow in to each other but it’s quite drinkable. Sorachi? Couldn’t find it!

Hazy amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is smooth, airy and has modest fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a fair bit of tangy and unsweet toffee. Marmalade hops in to bitterish pine. A mild savoury note. Light finish. Not the lightest of DIPAs but has it’s won charm.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a tiny white head. Nose is huge on the yuzu, with loads of citric notes. Flavour is huge on the citric notes, with puckering citrus notes dominating. Light palate - dominated by intense citrus. Not so good, but it's inoffensive.
