Clear golden colour, white head. Malty, light hoppy aroma, tomato paste, fresh straw. Quite bitter flavour, light sweet malts. Bitter finish, straw, quite floral. Nice and refreshing.

A la biere comme a la biere, Paris: Pours hazy orange with a nice head that is white. Aroma is some fruit and earthiness. Kind of dull hops. Taste is better than aroma. Nice and bright. Fruity and a bit bitter.

Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, fine malty, modest yeasty. Light fruity notes of banana. Finish more dry, wheaty, spicy. Okay.

bottle from Bièrerie Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Golden brown colour, with a lasting off-white to beige head. Spicy aroma, christmassy. Full-bodied, good malty flavours with caramel, nuts, dried fruit, gingerbread and christmas spices.

bottle from Bièrerie Illkirch-Graffenstaden. Hazy pale yellow, persistent white head. Surprisingly aromatic hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, malty with a pleasant sweetness, good hoppy hints and a touch of yeasty fruitiness.

Bottle. Dark brown with medium sized light beige head. Sweet malts and caramel with a little touch of coffee and creamy chocolate. Dried plums, Apple and cinnamon. Quite strong yeast.
