In my point of view, it is a poor beer, nothing to see with a real witbeer, no aromas, rather tough due to the corn, no coriander, 16.08.19, at Colmar, in family.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour with average, dense, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, very pale sulphureous head. Minimally phenolic, yeasty fruity aroma, minimally grainy, pale and wheaty malty background, hints of dried fruit, raisin, date, fig, a touch of mirabelle and apricot. Taste is minimally grainy, pale and wheaty malty with low residual sweetness, yeasty fruity and minimally grassy, mildly bitter hoppy, minimally diluted hints of dried fruit, raisin, date, fig, a weak touch of mirabelle and apricot; lingering, mildly bitter hoppy and minimally alcoholic finish.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Harmonious and balanced, pretty clean - not bad.

Keg at Ground Control, Paris. Pretty mediocre overall. Rather sweet. Not that refreshing. It’s of sun-kissed cereal, a little sugary malt, nips of caramel. Faint bitterness. Shouldn’t be hard to find a better option.

Poured from 500mL can. Hazed gold with small white head. Lots of floral hops upfront, light biscuit malt backing. Average, but inoffensive.

At a bar in St Barth of all places: this is most likely the beer I had based on the receipt and tap handle. Pours white with small head. Candy sugar, light maltiness in there as well. Taste is faint Belgian character, lightly sweet with some very light bitterness.

Not great but it is ok, a classical lager, more lager than pils, dry, watery some perle hop at the final, lack of aromas and power, 23.09.18, at Colmar, restaurant aux armes.
