Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes vin jaune, spices, curry, leathery, wood, peppery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of curry, funk and peppery notes. Very good one

Bottle thanks to Thijs. Bit hazy golden. Again lovely funk and wood, there’s some light dry fruits that are not in the gold cap, apricot and apricot stones. Medium sour, over medium bodied. Lovely, really complex and nice, maybe I prefer the gold cap but this is great.
