Appearance: dark pink/red color with a one and a quarter fingers of pink foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet and tart raspberry scents, light lemon tones, some light sweet wheat
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to tart quality with a light sour coming up from under for balance; finishes with the tart and sweet notes of the raspberries
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness in a semi-creamy sort of way but also an ample amount of tart to sour harshness on the tongue
Overall: not exactly sure the whole difference between this and "Never Never Again Again" other than a higher ABV? Okay, well all you people who think this is the bees' knees sure you can keep drinking this. I'll go back to drinking real goses.

Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to tart quality with a light sour coming up from under for balance; finishes with the tart and sweet notes of the raspberries
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness in a semi-creamy sort of way but also an ample amount of tart to sour harshness on the tongue
Overall: though not a true gose, this isn't bad as a "fruited tart ale." And was there ever any salt in this? Asking for true fans of real goses.

Appearance: dark orange cardboard colored haziness with a two and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney to mango to papaya and a little bit of lemon with some light clean biscuity/bready malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet juicy to bittersweet juicy quality; finishes leaning into the piney to mango hop tones
Texture: medium bodied, leaning into being a sipper; some smoothness but also a little bit of hop bitterness assertiveness; nice low carb
Overall: now this is the style of beers I know this brewery knows how to do and ultimately I wish they would mostly stick with these and their stouts.

Aroma: oranges, cherries, some passion fruit and loaded up with a ton of sugar, in the secondary some pineapples and a touch of some mixed berries
Flavor: mixes on up the prior noted aromas to a sweet to tart Hawaiian punch bowl with some salt thrown in; finishes the same
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness - and nothing distracting to the smoothness
Overall: so it's a Hawaiian punch bowl with some salt in it. Got it.

Appearance: nice looking burnt orange haziness with a two and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peach, grapefruit, guava and mango hop notes; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet juicy to bittersweet juicy quality; finishes semi-sweet through the mango, peach and guava notes
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also some hop bitterness assertiveness - mostly nothing overbearing - just noticeable
Overall: pretty good NE styled IPA I believe I could come back to.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark murky purple color with a finger and a quarter of pink foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peach sweetness, boysenberry sweetness, mixed berry sweetness; some lactose, then some slight wheat down in there
Flavor: gets somewhat acidic tart and sour up front with some sweet wheat tones intertwining; finishes very berry forward through sweet and tart notes
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness but also noted semi-sharp acidity nailing the tongue a bit - light pucker
Overall: it's not bad as a "fruited tart ale" so in that respect, I could come back to this but not a true Berliner weisse.

Appearance: dark amber/hot pink/purple-ish sort of color with a thin cap of a white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: cherry sweetness, lime sweetness, orange sweetness; some pears and mixed citrusy notes; slight lactose
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a semi-sweet to tart quality initially then seems to allow a subtle sour hint in for a little bit more balance; finishes leading with the cherries, limes and some oranges
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also some stickiness from the extra ripe fruits in this thing
Overall: this was an okay fruit cocktail of a beer.

Draft of Scott’s Addition location - dark ruby beer - rough and ready rendition - leans closer to traditional British in character - deeply malty, lots of treacle and caramel - some dark fruit - mild bitterness - finish had a slight medicinal character - was hoping for better.

Aroma: citrusy to piney hops up front, some lemony to grapefruity hops in the middle with an underscore of clean malts with a touch of honey
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter to bittersweet quality; finishes citrusy, piney and slightly lemony
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but some West coast like vibes of some bitterness comes in to lay down the law on the tongue - I mean, it's nothing "tongue slaying" - I'm just the hops tell the tongue who's boss
Overall: a nicely done IPA leaning into slightly being a West coast styled one and worthy of me wanting to come back to.
