Det er sannelig harde tider kamerater, her sitter jeg på beach resort i Vietnam og loggfører mikrobrygg jeg drakk i Kambodsja. Fra fat på The Local Brewpub i Siem Reap (planke delt med Kitty mars-19): I likhet med Indochine IPA er også denne mørk kobbergylden med et fint skum som varer. (Tørkede) tropiske frukter, mango, granskudd og lime.

Fra fat på The Local Brewpub i Siem Reap (planke delt med Kitty mars-19: klar, mørk kobbergylden med fint skum som varer. Appelsinmarmelade, tropiske frukter og grapefrukt med fin furunålsbitterhet i avslutningen. Mersmak!

Aroma is sticky hops, citrus, pine, canned peach. Taste is bitter oily pine with low caramel type sweetness. Medium drinkable. Ok.

Aroma is orange and fresh citrus, lemon grass, yeast, some spices. Taste is fresh orange and citrus with full bodied yeast cake sweetness. Good.

Tap at The Local, Siem Reap. Poured a slightly hazy medium amber colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is mango, light malt, light hop. The flavour is light bitter with a light, watery, malt, mango, water melon, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at Melita, Siem Reap. Clear orange golden with a thick white head. Aroma of big mango, citrus, peach and biscuity malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft at Moringa, Siem Reap. Clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of grassy and herbal hops with citrus, fruity notes and light caramel malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Moringa Bar, Siem Reap. Poured a clear copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, pine needle, resin, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a crisp fresh, weedy, fruity, resin, light metallic hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
