Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have sweet honeyed malts. Fairly typical French attempt at Belgian Blond.

5/4/2020. Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a white head. Aroma is light banana, quite sweet and herbal, with a bit of sulphate and chlorine. Medium sweetness and low bitterness. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation. Not so good.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local 'REWE', best before February 2021. Clear, golden with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, minimally grassy aroma of grains, corn flakes and a touch of straw. Quite sweet, moderately bitter, minimally grassy taste of grains, corn flakes and traces of straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little grassy and minimally metallic finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Drinkable but far from great, typical macro Lager.
