Amber color, clean; small head. The aroma is very breadish, with a cereal soup that reminds me the NA beers. Lean body, with again some cereals flavor (not exciting), a light residual sweetness, and when really looking a light lemony and hoppy touch; ordinary bitterness. Better than the worst.

5/05/2011 75cl bottle @ Klaas' place - BB: 02/09/2011 (2011-191) Thanks to Mattie & Georges for the bottle!

Clear orange beer, small white creamy head, unstable and bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, peaches, overripe fruits, citrus, bit of hops. MF: soft carbon, light to medium body. Taste: fruity, citrus, bit of hops, grapefruits, bit malty. Aftertaste: cit of hops, citrus, yellow fruits. So the French know how to brew after-all, who would have thought? ;-)

Bottle at the first German local RateBeer tasting at Wasaba in Idar-Oberstein. Courtesy of shrubber85 - thanks! Don’t remember much about this beer, except that it was plain, and that the German tasters referred to it as a Mädchen beer.

Bottle from the Cave, 4.6% ABV. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma has corn, bread. Flavour is dry malted, corn and a slightly sweet finish. Poor.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Brown beer. Moderate carbonation. Sweetish and mildy malty. Better when cold or very cold. Slightly fruity.

So it pours with a bright yellow body and huge fluffy pilsner head. The aroma is bread, dry bread, perhaps a baguette or two. Taste is a fruit mix of watery hops with a smooth finish. As a pilsner, it’s all right, I’d imagine - though uncreative and hard to distinguish from that kind of bunch.

Bottle looks very good, really christmas-like. Beer in the glass copper-coloured, small head. Starts strong and spicy, like a good festbier. But the finish is more and more metallically and dry, not as spicy as the beginning. Not my favourite.

Bottle. Grenadine aroma. Clear bright red color with minimal head. Very sweet grenadine flavor with moderate carbonation - maybe a hint of malt. Tastes very nice - like grenadine soda but no beer characteristics at all.
