Brown with medium beige head. Aroma is caramel, phenolic spices and honey, fruit. Taste is sweet and slightly bitter banana. Drinkable, medium smooth. Ok.

Golden with medium white head. Aroma is green stuff, slime, cheesecake. Taste is sour green stuff. Medium drinkable. Hm.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with tan head. Aroma is caramel, sirupy sweetness, some old world hops, a bit oxidized. Taste is fudge, sweet syrupy, some raisins, a bit oxidized. Okay.

Tap. Hazy yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma is sweetish, hay, crackery malts. Taste is citrusy, hay, crackery, some straw and bready. Low to medium carbonation, silky mouthfeel. Very nice and drinkable Kellerbier.

330 ml bottle served in flute. Pale light golden colour. Nice foam head. Citric hops aroma, but in some way metallic. Grain. Medium bitter taste. Light sourness, too. Soft carbonated. Bitter finish. Not bad.

Many thanks to kevnic2008 for this bottle! Smooth and fresh, the beer starts with lots of wood and burned caramel, very smooth, lots of burned sugar with only a smooth line of wood. Very fresh and drinkable but a bit sweetish.

Pours a dark ruby / brown color. Caramel aroma, smooth malty finish. A fine Doppelbock!

Old rating. Best before 06.01.11. Mild yeast, round and refreshing. Moderate banana, hints of clove, not too deep but easy to drink.

Draught as "Pale Ale" 4,9%ABV @ Beaver Brewing Co, Vienna, Austria. Not totally sure this is the right one, ABV is way off, but server insisted that it was the pale ale. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light sourness, grassy hops, bitter citrus, lemonpeel. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, light yeast, grass, citrus.
