(bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a thick and stable foamy white head. Mildly sweet and grainy malty aroma with herbal and slightly woody hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Slightly grainy and strawy pale malt character with herbal hops; dry and moderately bitter finish with herbal and woody hops. A decent German Pilsener. 16.XI.10

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a big but diminishing foamy yellow head. Slightly doughy cara-malty aroma with notes of biscuits. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Matured malt-character with notes of biscuits and grains; moderately dry bitter-sweet finish with notes of woody hops. A very decent Helles. 23.XI.10

Bottled (from BierZwerg.de). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, malts, some sweet starchlike notes, mild saltwater and some herbs. Flavour is grains, some slight sweet malts, mild fruityness as well as some mild rubbery and herbal notes. Dull.

(bottle) Cloudy, dark amber colour with a big and light-beige foamy head. Sweet and slightly toasted malty nose with caramel, a moderate wheat-character and banana-fruity notes in the background. Sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with an almost smooth carbonation. Toasty malty and moderately wheaty taste with obvious notes of banana and caramel; sweet and shy roasty bitter finish with a tinge of caramel in the aftertaste. Pleasant. 28.X.10
